Historical Society

Dr Nora Berend, CTH, will give a short talk on From 'pumpkin-heads' to 'true Hungarians': the Cumans in Hungary from the thirteenth to the twentieth century, and Mr Richard Partington, SID, will give a short talk on Edward III, crisis and royal authority, at the 333rd meeting of the Cambridge Historical Society at 5.20 p.m. on Tuesday, 20 October, in the Linnett Room, Robinson College. Prospective members are welcome, and tea will be available in the Hall Balcony at 5 p.m.
