Employment by the University: Notice

The Council give notice that the rules governing the terms and conditions of employment of University assistants (see Statutes and Ordinances, p. 154) have been amended as follows:

The rules governing the right of appeal against dismissal (Rules H16 and 17) have been amended so as to exclude the right of appeal in cases where the dismissal consists only of the ending of a fixed-term contract on its expiry date.
