Philosophical Society

At a meeting held on 10 November 2003, in the Cockcroft Lecture Theatre, Professor T. M. Cox, President, was in the Chair.

Sixty-three Fellows were elected. During 2003 a total of 190 Fellows were elected and three were re-elected.

Professor J. M. Morgan, of the Department of Optometry and Visual Science, City University, London, delivered a lecture entitled Explaining visual illusions. A vote of thanks was moved by Professor J. D. Mollon.
