Brasenose College and Christ Church propose to appoint a Temporary Lecturer to provide up to twelve hours of tutorial teaching a week for two years from 1 October 2003. The stipend, which will be pensionable within USS, will be on a scale currently at £16,952 in the first year and £18,004 in the second year. Applicants should be able to teach the Introduction to Economics paper to first-year undergraduates; the Microeconomics and the Macroeconomics paper to second-year undergraduates; and one option paper. The ability to teach other parts of the Economics course in PPE and Economics and Management would be an advantage.
