Reports of the Council on the Unified Administrative Service: redistribution of ballot papers and extension of deadline for return

The Registrary regrets to announce that due to an administrative error at the University Press an incorrect mailing list was used for the distribution of ballot papers for the current vote on Graces 1 and 2 of 20 June 2001 and on amendments to Grace 1 (regulations for the Unified Administrative Service). The ballot papers that have been distributed have therefore been declared void and a new distribution will take place. The Vice-Chancellor has accordingly agreed that the deadline for return of completed ballot papers should be extended by one week, to Monday, 17 December 2001.
