Graces submitted to the Regent House on 31 October 2001

The Council submit the following Graces to the Regent House. These Graces, other than any which is withdrawn or for which a ballot is requested in accordance with the regulations for Graces of the Regent House (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 113) will be deemed to have been approved at 4 p.m. on Friday, 9 November 2001.

1. That the recommendations in paragraph 10 of the Report of the Council, dated 24 September 2001, on the sale of land at Laundry Farm, Barton Road (p. 20) be approved.

2. That the recommendations in paragraph 5 of the Report of the Council, dated 24 September 2001, on the Occupational Health Service (p. 22) be approved.

3. That the Regent House approve the decision of the Council not to authorize the submission of the four amendments to Grace 1 of 20 June 2001 (Regulations for the University Offices) set out in the Notice of a ballot published on 29 June 2001 (see p. 24).
