The following appointments and reappointments have been made:

Head of Department

Chemistry. The General Board, on the recommendation of the Faculty Board of Physics and Chemistry, have appointed Professor J. K. M. Sanders, Ph.D., SE, B.Sc., London, ARCS, to be Head of the Department of Chemistry from 1 October 2000 to 30 September 2005.
