TEMPORARY POST OF RESEARCH ASSISTANT OR RESEARCH ASSOCIATE IN THE TAYLOR-SCHECHTER GENIZAH RESEARCH UNIT
Applications are invited for the temporary post of Research Assistant or Research Associate in the Taylor-Schechter Genizah Research Unit. Candidates should have a first degree related to aspects of the Hebrew, Arabic, and Jewish fields, with the linguistic competence necessary to deal with such manuscript material, and either research experience or a library/archive qualification. The appointment will be for one year in the first instance. Salary will be within the range £15,159-£16,927 or £15,159-£21,016 a year (under review).
