Visceral pain: what it is and how can it be conquered? Chronic pain affects approximately 40% of the adult population and one third of these cases is a result of visceral pain, i.e. pain generated by internal organs, such as the bladder or colon. This event will involve talks by patients, clinicians & scientists on the topic of visceral pain, followed by a Q&A panel discussion with audience participation. |
