A Face In Time: Facial Paralysis, A Photo Diary

In this exhibition, A Face in Time, Helena g Anderson presents a series of thought-provoking photographs showing her recovery journey. The contrast between the classical bodies on display in the Museum of Classical Archaeology's Cast Gallery and the portraits is a powerful one, and raises pressing questions about bodily normativity and able-bodiedness in the age of Instagram filters and Photoshop.
