Labyrinth: The path less taken

Wed 26 June 2024

Jesus College

What is it?

Labyrinth is:

· An indoor, circular walk with a difference - a pathway with a beginning, middle and end, that generates inspiration, instead of force-feeding you information

· A multi-sensory journey that combines ancient reflective practice with contemporary interactive, business-focused exercises.

Who is it for?

This is the first time we have ever offered an ‘open’ Labyrinth, in which anyone from any organisation can choose to attend.

We welcome business leaders, public officials, stay-at-home mums and dads, military leaders, young offenders, teachers, academics, and anyone else.

How will it help me?

· Unlock the potential in yourself and your people

· Speak to your heart and release your power

· Help assess who you are and where you’re going, individually and collectively (if you come as a group)

· Reflect in a unique and dynamic way on the particular issues affecting you, as you seek to capitalise financially, corporately, socially, emotionally and spiritually in today’s ever-changing world

· Call forth wisdom instead of simply storing-up knowledge.

About the team

Your Labyrinth experience will be led by Brian Draper, Nick Chatrath and the team from Artesian, a leadership consulting firm.

Brian is a contributor to Thought For the Day (Radio 4) and author of several books, including Labyrinth and Soulful Nature: A Spiritual Field Guide. Nick is the author of The Threshold: Leading in the Age of AI. One of the four pillars of The Threshold is cultivating stillness, a skill that human leaders will find more and more useful as AI accelerates.
