THIS Space brings together people interested in the evidence for improving the quality and safety of healthcare, especially in the NHS. It’s free to attend and open to all. The event will take place online on 25 November.

Organised by The Healthcare Improvement Studies Institute at the University of Cambridge, THIS Space aims to share learning on what works in healthcare improvement, what doesn’t, and why. We’ll be exploring:

• Why is speaking up so hard and what can be done about it?
• What is the role of ambient voice technology in improving care?
• Why is improving timeliness so hard and what can we do about it?
• How can we do better at large-scale programmes in health and care?
