Free digital workshops will see you create your own space vehicle or design a game inspired by the iconic Space Invaders arcade game. Find out more and book your place on our website.

Minecraft Workshops

Learn all about our solar system before setting off on your mission to create a new space vehicle within Minecraft before showcasing your creation at the end of the workshop. Suitable for ages 8–14, no experience of Minecraft necessary.

Monday 8 August (4pm–6pm) at Cambridge Central Library

Thursday 11 August (10am–12pm) at Cambridge Museum of Technology

Space Invaders Coding Workshop

Develop your own game inspired by Space Invaders in this digital workshop. Learn to modify and enhance your game, making it harder for your opponent to beat, before showcasing your game at the end of the workshop. Suitable for ages 7–12, no coding experience necessary.
