Germany in Text and Context is a public reading series that invites you to explore Germany’s past, present, and future through literature. The series combines short literary readings with expert insights and lively audience discussion.
The readings are carefully chosen to connect literature to topics that resonate far beyond Germany. Themes include classism, climate change, feminism and colonial cities. Together, the sessions explore how literature can help us think critically about shared global challenges.
