In this CBC Wellness Campaign webinar, Dr Bernadette Dancy, Stress Management Specialist, will talk about how stress affects women's mental and physical health, and share practical strategies that will help you fulfil your responsibilities, whilst also achieving your ambitions without burning out. Bernie’s clients include the corporate wellness industry, the athletic community as well as private one-to-one coaching of people suffering from stress, burnout, anxiety, overwhelm, overtraining and REDs (relative energy deficit in sport).
