Celebrate International Women's Day at the Museum of Zoology

Join us the Museum of Zoology as we celebrate International Women's Day with a special event dedicated to recognising and supporting the achievements of women in the field. Our theme for this year is "Empower her journey. Ignite her progress."

This event aims to showcase stories of women who have received diverse forms of support, illustrating how various types of empowerment have propelled their work and helped them pursue their goals in the fields of STEM and conservation.

There are two sessions in the line-up that aim to share stories of how women have been supported in various ways. The first panel starting at 5pm, will focus on the success stories of women in the field, highlighting the support they have received along the way to achieve their goals. The second panel starting at 6pm, will discuss the opportunities that await individuals in their own journey and guide them on how to carve their chosen path in the sector.

Each panel session will include three guest speakers, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions at the end of each session.
