Hidden Cambridge team up with Michaelhouse Cafe

Sat 6 December 2025 - Tue 23 December 2025

Michaelhouse Cafe

Why not discover the hidden secrets of Cambridge with a qualified Green Badge Guide from inside the warm and welcoming Michaelhouse Café – hot (or cold) drink in hand! No walking involved!

You’ll hear a variety of stories about gargoyles (specifically Colin and Sue), night climbing, dinky doors, tales of pubs and colleges, and, of course, the great injustice done to Thorsteinn Viggossson to name just a few. Equally suitable for those new to Cambridge and those who have been here “for years”. The tour/informal talk is approximately just over one hour and one drink is included. Afterwards, you can head out and visit the places you just heard about or do that on a warmer day if you prefer:)

Cost: £20 per person (one drink included)
