The speaker from EDF, Manus O'Donnell, is currently leading the Generic Design Assessment in the UK for the HPR1000 Reactor in a joint venture between China General Nuclear (CGN) and EdF. His talk will provide an overview of EdF and cover some aspects of low carbon generation with a specific focus on nuclear developments in the UK.
