The Council submits the following Graces to the Regent House. These Graces, other than any which is withdrawn or for which a ballot is requested in accordance with the regulations for Graces of the Regent House (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 107), will be deemed to have been approved at 4 p.m. on Friday, 26 June 2009.
1. That the recommendations in paragraph 9 of the Report of the Council, dated 11 May 2009, on an extension and internal alterations to the Faculty of Classics building on the Sidgwick Site (Reporter, 2008-09, p. 733) be approved.1
2. That the recommendations in paragraph 40 of the Report of the Council, dated 18 May 2009, on the financial position and budget of the University, recommending allocations from the Chest for 2009-10 (Reporter, 2008-09, p. 760) be approved.2
