GRACES

Graces submitted to the Regent House on 18 March 2009

The Council submits the following Graces to the Regent House. These Graces, other than any which is withdrawn or for which a ballot is requested in accordance with the regulations for Graces of the Regent House (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 107), will be deemed to have been approved at 4 p.m. on Friday, 27 March 2009.

1. That the Annual Report of the Council for the academical year 2007-08 (Reporter, p. 223) be approved.1

2. That Regulation 3 of the Rapson Fund and Scholarship (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 861) be amended, with effect from 1 October 2009, by replacing the words 'the division of the Easter Term' by the words 'the division of the Lent Term'.2

3. That Regulation 1 of the regulations for Endowed University Lectureships (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 715) be amended by revising in the table the entries for the Japanese Studies Fund, the Kennedy Leigh Fund for Modern Hebrew, and the Ali Reza and Mohamed Soudavar Lectureship Fund so as to read:3
