Department of Archaeology Cambridge Heritage Seminar: Notice

The Department of Archaeology announces the tenth annual Cambridge Heritage Seminar, to be held on 18 and 19 April 2009 in the Biffen Lecture Theatre, McDonald Institute for Archaeology. The theme of this year's conference is The future of historic cities: challenges, contradictions, continuities, coinciding with the celebration of the 800th anniversary of the University.

Featuring local, national, and international speakers, including representatives from English Heritage and UNESCO, this conference is sponsored by CRASSH, the 2009 Fund, and the McDonald Institute for Archaeological Research.
