A meeting of the Friends of Cambridge University Library will be held on Saturday, 21 February 2009, at 11.30 a.m., in the Morison Room, University Library, West Road, at which Bill Martin and Sandra Mason will give an illustrated talk entitled FitzGerald's 'Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam': 150 years of book publishing and illustration.
All are welcome to attend. Friends and junior members of Cambridge University: free; others: £3.50. Coffee will be served from 11 a.m., and the talk will be followed by a guided tour of a display of FitzGerald materials.
