The Cambridge Philosophical Society's Honorary Fellows Prize Lecture for 2008 will be given by Professor Sir John Sulston, FRS, on Wednesday, 5 November 2008, at 5.30 p.m. in the Lady Mitchell Hall, Sidgwick Site. All who are interested are invited.
A complimentary drinks reception for all attendees will take place after the lecture in the Clough Hall, Newnham College.
The Annual General Meeting of the Society was held on Monday, 20 October 2008, in the Arts School, Bene't Street, at 4.30 p.m.
Professor A. W. Cuthbert, President, was in the Chair.
1. The Treasurer presented the audited accounts for the period January to December 2007, which were adopted.

3. Ten Fellows were elected and two Fellows were re-elected. It was reported that since the last Annual General Meeting nine Fellows had died and one hundred and sixty-six had resigned.
4. Messrs Peters Elworthy & Moore were appointed to act as Auditors for the year 2008.
