The Worshipful Company of Cooks of London and Corpus Christi College are pleased to announce the Second Cooks' Lecture on Wednesday, 22 October 2008.
The lecture, entitled The food allergy epidemic will be given by Dr Pamela Ewan, CBE, Head of the Allergy Department, Addenbrooke's Hospital, at 5 p.m. in the McCrum Lecture Theatre, Bene't Passage. The Responder will be Mr John Williams, CMA, MBE, Executive Chef at the Ritz, London, and Executive Chairman of the Academy of Culinary Arts.
