JUNIOR TEACHING OFFICER IN CLASSICS

Applications are invited for the post of Junior Teaching Officer in Classics. The appointment will be for two years from 1 October 2008, and will carry with it a Bye-Fellowship. The successful candidate, who will have recently completed a Ph.D. Degree, will be expected to provide eight hours a week of undergraduate supervision for the College in the areas of Latin and Greek literature and language, while developing a strong research profile. The stipend, which is pensionable, will be in accordance with the scale for a Research Fellowship, currently £22,232, depending on the age and experience of the person appointed.
