Dr David Williams, Head of the Hitachi Cambridge Laboratory, will give a lecture, entitled Nanoelectronics, and quantum computing, at 7.30 p.m. on 3 March in the Wolfson Lecture Theatre, Churchill College, Storey's Way. Coffee and biscuits will be served for thirty minutes beforehand in the foyer outside the theatre. All are welcome. CSAR members are admitted free (together with their guests, depending upon their type of membership). Non-members will be asked to pay a nominal entry fee of £3.
