DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Christ's College is a vibrant, international community. The College was founded in 1505 and continues its mission to offer strong tutorial support to its students as they pursue their academic work, while encouraging them to explore a wide range of outside interests. Christ's College alumni are found all over the world, many in key positions in their fields, and they continue to engage with and support the College in a variety of ways.

Having celebrated the Quincentenary and being in the final stages of a £15m campaign, the College is seeking an experienced person to lead the next stage of its fund-raising and develop its existing relationships with alumni and supporters. The post-holder will play a major role in continuing to build a national and international strategy for the alumni and supporters' programme. He or she will also cultivate the College's relationships with its top major donors and create a culture of donor engagement and affinity.

The successful candidate will have a track record of securing major gifts and building successful alumni programmes. He or she will be astute, able to provide clear direction, and be confident in his or her ability to work effectively in an academic community of the highest calibre.
