HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Jesus College is making its first appointment of an HR Manager. Reporting to the Senior Bursar, the HR Manager will support line managers in all staff issues, provide a range of HR services, develop systems, policies, and procedures, and ensure compliance with legislation and College policies.

The College enjoys a strong sense of community, and emphasizes accessibility and co-operation in its management team. There are around 140 staff, and an academic community of 800 students and 80 Fellows.

This new post thus requires experience, drive, and vision, and an approach that is both professional and collaborative. This experience could have been obtained in any work environment.

Basic salary will be in the region of £30,000 depending on experience. Flexible hours are available, and a part-time appointment will also be considered. The College offers a full benefits package. Car parking will be available.
