The Council has received the remarks made at the Discussion of this Report on 23 October 2007 (Reporter, p. 188) and has referred Professor G. R. Evans's remarks to the General Board for consideration. The Board consider that the remarks do not bear directly on the substance of the proposals in the Report to introduce the new degree of Master of Finance and have asked the Council to submit a Grace to the Regent House for the approval of the recommendations in the Report. The Council is therefore submitting a Grace (Grace 1, p. 243) for this purpose.
