Announcement of lectures, seminars, etc.

The following lectures, seminars, etc. will be open to members of the University and others who are interested:

Disability Resource Centre and Disability Forum. Annual Disability Lecture 2007. Professor Lewis Wolpert, of University College London, will give the Annual Disability Lecture 2007, entitled Severe depression is indescribable, at 5 p.m. on 24 April, in the Fisher Building, St John's College. Military Education Committee. The Military Education Committee's first Annual Lecture, supported by the Centre of International Studies and the Institute of Continuing Education, will be given by General Sir Rupert Smith, GOC, First Armoured Division during the Gulf War 1991, and Deputy Supreme Commander Europe during operations in Kosovo. The lecture, entitled The utility of force, will take place on 26 April, from 5 p.m. to 6.30 p.m., in Room 1, Mill Lane Lecture Rooms.
