Professor Jeremy Farrar, OBE, D.Phil., FRCP, recipient of the 2006 Oon International Award for Preventive Medicine, will give a lecture entitled Emerging infectious diseases and the implications for international health, on Tuesday, 14 November, at 5.30 p.m. for 6 p.m., in the Howard Building, Downing College. Members of the University and others who are interested will be most welcome.
