The Faculty Board of Law give notice that they have prescribed the following subjects as half-papers for Paper 48 of the Law Tripos in 2006-07 (Law Tripos, Regulation 18, Statutes and Ordinances, p. 320):

• European human rights law
• Historical foundations of the British constitution
• Law of taxation
• Media law
• Medical law
• Personal property
