The General Board give notice that, on the recommendation of the Faculty Board or other authority concerned, the regulations for certain University examinations have been amended as follows:

The regulations have been amended so that candidates are required to offer Paper 1 (Historical argument and practice).
Regulation 3
By amending the regulation so as to read:
3. In order to be included in the list of successful candidates, a candidate shall offer three papers, including Paper 1.
The Faculty Board are satisfied that no candidate's preparation for the examination in 2006 will be adversely affected by this amendment.
