St Catharine's College

RESEARCH FELLOWSHIPS

The Governing Body of St Catharine's College invites applications from women and men for election to two stipendiary Research Fellowships, tenable from 1 October 2006 for three years. The Fellowships are open to graduates of any university who (i) are members of the College, or (ii) not being members of the College, are engaged in research in the Humanities and Social Sciences.

Fellowships are intended to support those at an early stage in their academic careers, and will normally be awarded to those who have recently completed their Ph.D. Degree research, or are close to completion. Candidates should not have been engaged in full-time postgraduate research for longer than four years, and must not have already held a Research Fellowship elsewhere.

The closing date for applications is 26 November. Further particulars are available on the College website or on written application to the Master's Secretary, St Catharine's College, Cambridge, CB2 1RL (e-mail masters.secretary@caths.cam.ac.uk).
