RESEARCH FELLOWSHIPS IN THE ARTS AND SOCIAL SCIENCES

The Governing Body of Clare Hall proposes to elect two or more non-stipendiary Research Fellows in the Arts and Social Sciences for a period of three years starting from October 2006. These Fellowships are normally for applicants who have recently finished their Ph.D. Degree. Applicants who have previously held College Research Fellowships in Oxford or Cambridge are not eligible. Non-stipendiary Research Fellows will be expected to demonstrate that they have adequate financial support throughout the period of the Fellowship.

The Governing Body of Clare Hall proposes to elect two or more non-stipendiary Research Fellows in the Sciences for a period of three years starting from October 2006. These Fellowships are normally for applicants who have recently finished their Ph.D. Degree. Applicants who have previously held College Research Fellowships in Oxford or Cambridge are not eligible. Non-stipendiary Research Fellows will be expected to demonstrate that they have adequate financial support throughout the period of the Fellowship.

The closing date for the receipt of applications and references for both sets of Research Fellowships is 28 October.

Candidates are responsible for seeing that all application papers and references reach the College by this date.
