Education Section: Notice of an event

The first Good Practice Lunch for the new academical year will look at the ways in which Faculties and Departments provide local support to their Boards of Examiners. It will take place on 17 October in the Centre for Applied Research in Educational Technologies (CARET), First Floor, 16 Mill Lane, between 12.45 p.m. and 2 p.m.

The lunch offers a chance for participants to share the practices used in their Faculty or Department, and to identify examples of good practice. It will also be an opportunity to discuss some of the issues relevant to local and external Examiners, and examining in the University.

The topic is relevant to anybody who works in examination administration in the University. All with an interest or experience are invited to attend.
