A conference entitled The enlarged European Union and its institutions: 'Looking out and looking in' under the new Constitutional framework, will take place on 8 July at the Institute of Criminology. This conference, which is sponsored by the University Association for Contemporary European Studies, will analyse developments in European integration in the light of the 2003-04 Intergovernmental Conference and the recent EU enlargement.
