The following election, appointments, reappointments, and grants of title have been made:

Election

Professor Diane Reay, B.A., P.G.C.E., Newcastle, M.A., London, Ph.D., London South Bank, Professor of Sociology of Education, London Metropolitan University, elected Professor of Education (2004) from 1 October 2005.

Grants of Title

Affiliated Lecturers

Computer Laboratory. Dr Richard Charles Jennings, PEM, and Mr Jack Lang, EM, have been granted the title of Affiliated Lecturer from 1 October 2005 for two years.

Education. Mrs Fay Alison Turner, HO, and Mrs Jane Warwick, HO, have been granted the title of Affiliated Lecturer from 1 October 2004 for a further two years. Mr David Colin Andrews, OBE, has been granted the title of Affiliated Lecturer from 1 January 2005 for a further two years. Mr Roger George Green, HO, has been granted the title of Affiliated Lecturer from 1 October 2005 for a further two years.
