The Vice-Chancellor invites those qualified under the regulations for Discussions (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 105) to attend a Discussion in the Council Room on Tuesday, 7 June 2005, at 2 p.m., for the discussion of:
1. Report of the General Board, dated 11 May 2005, on the establishment of a Professorship of Education (p. 668).
2. Report of the General Board, dated 11 May 2005, on the establishment of a Professorship of Service and Support Engineering (p. 668).
3. Report of the Council, dated 23 May 2005, on the financial position of the Chest, recommending allocations for 2005-06 (p. 699).
4. Third Joint Report of the Council and the General Board, dated 23 May and 11 May 2005, on the ownership of Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) (p. 709).
The Second Joint Report of the Council and the General Board on a new pay and grading structure for non-clinical staff (p. 745) will be discussed on 21 June 2005.
