Rt Revd HUGH WILLIAM MONTEFIORE, M.A., B.D., sometime University Lecturer in New Testament Studies and Chaplain and Tutor and Vice-Principal at Westcott House, Fellow and Dean of Gonville and Caius College, 1954-63, Honorary Fellow, 1999-2005, Vicar of Great St Mary's, 1963-70, died on 13 May 2005, aged 85 years.
