The General Board give notice that, on the recommendation of the Faculty Board or other authority concerned, the regulations for certain University examinations have been amended as follows:

The regulations have been amended to alter the permissible combination of papers in Arabic Part I Half-subjects and to add Paper OS. 1 (Cinema East: and introduction to the film traditions of Asia and the Middle East) to the papers which may be taken by students in Part II (Chinese Studies).

By amending option (8) Arabic so as to read:
