The Council have received the remarks made by Professor G. R. Evans at the Discussion of this Report on 15 March 2005 (p. 569). In response to her remarks the Council confirm that the negotiations with individuals in the Department of Architecture were conducted in accordance with the University's approved policy on restructuring and early retirements in the managerial interest of the University.
The Council are submitting a Grace for the approval of the recommendations in the General Board's Report (Grace 5, p. 597).
