Applications are invited from men and women for appointment to a Temporary Lectureship in French for one year from 1 October 2005. Consideration will be given to candidates with interests in teaching and research in twentieth-century French and Francophone literature, thought, or film. The successful candidate will be expected to teach across a range of undergraduate courses; the stipend, determined according to age and qualifications, will be on a scale comparable with that for University Lecturers.
