Singers are invited to join Christopher Brown, director of the New Cambridge Singers, and players from the Sinfonia of Cambridge. The programme will be Vivaldi Gloria, Mozart Ave Verum, and excerpts from Handel Messiah. Singers are asked to bring their own copies of the Vivaldi and Handel if possible, but copies will be available for loan.
The concert will take place on 16 January, in Great St Mary's Church. Rehearsals will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and the performance will be held between 4.30 p.m. and 5.30 p.m.
There will be a flat rate of £5 participation/admission charge and a collection following the performance. Listeners, as well as singers, are welcome.
