The Council submit the following Grace to the Regent House. This Grace, unless it is withdrawn or a ballot is requested in accordance with the regulations for Graces of the Regent House (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 105), will be deemed to have been approved at 4 p.m. on Friday, 10 December 2004.
1. That the recommendations in paragraph 10 of the Council's Report, dated 9 August 2004, on the arrangements for University Composition Fees from 2006-07 (Reporter, 2003-04, p. 1064), as amended by the Council's Notice (p. 227) be approved.
