STIPENDIARY LECTURESHIPS IN LAW

St Peter's College invites applications for one or more Stipendiary Lectureships in Law starting in April 2005 for a period of up to three years. Candidates may be appointed to teach for either six or twelve hours a week. They will be required to teach up to three core subjects to students in all three years of the undergraduate course. The College is particularly interested in applicants able to offer two or three subjects drawn from Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Introduction to Law, European Community Law, Administrative law, Jurisprudence, Land Law, Law of Torts, and Trusts Law. The successful candidate(s) will also be expected to participate in admissions procedures and assist with the administration of Law teaching in the College. Candidates with any area of research interest are encouraged to apply.

Remuneration will be pro rata on the scale of £18,374 to £22,508 a year (12-hour rate). The Lecturer(s) will have Senior Common Room rights, including an entitlement to free meals in term and most of the vacation, and the use of a room in College for teaching purposes.
