MAX PERUTZ MEMORIAL LECTURE

The second Max Perutz Memorial Lecture, under the auspices of the Kelvin Club (the Peterhouse Scientific Society), in association with the Austrian Cultural Forum, will be held in the Hall, Peterhouse, on Tuesday, 16 November, at 5.30 p.m. Dr Richard Henderson, FRS, Director of the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology, Cambridge, will speak on Fifty years of structural biology. The Chair will be taken by the Master of Peterhouse, Lord Wilson of Tillyorn. The Lecture will be followed by a concert entitled Lieder Abend, circa 1925: unknown masterworks of twentieth-century Lied (Loré Lixenberg, mezzo-soprano; Andrew West, piano; introduced by Brendan Carroll), and by a reception.
