The Faculty Board of Veterinary Medicine give notice that, for candidates commencing the course for the Final Veterinary Examination, Part I, in October 2004 (Fourth-year Students), the examination shall consist of the papers, the written project, and the oral presentation, listed in the Supplementary Regulations (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 512), distributed over the first five terms of the Clinical Veterinary course. Each paper will consist of multiple-choice questions in styles approved by the Examiners. The details of each paper will be displayed in the Veterinary School at least one week before the sitting of the paper. The papers will be computer marked. The results will be analysed by the Examiners before the marks are confirmed. A class-list will be prepared for each paper, indicating successful candidates and those whose work is of special merit. A final class-list for the Part I examination shall record as successful those candidates who have passed all the papers of the examination. A mark of distinction shall be affixed to the names of the candidates whose overall work is of special merit.
