Emmanuel College hopes to appoint a College Teaching Officer and Fellow in German to take up post from 1 October 2004, or as soon as possible thereafter. The appointment will be on the Teaching Officer Scale (£19,942 to £24,097 for a resident Fellow, or £21,852 to £26,327 for a non-resident Fellow) and will be tenable for five years. There is no restriction on subject but applicants will be expected to be able to contribute to the teaching of German papers offered in Part I and Part II of the Modern and Medieval Languages Tripos.
