At a meeting held on 8 March, in the Cockcroft Lecture Theatre, New Museums Site, Professor H. Ahmed, President, was in the Chair.
Dr Alison G. Smith, of the Department of Plant Sciences, delivered a lecture entitled Vitamin B5 - how is it made and what does it do?
A vote of thanks was moved by Professor J. C. Gray.
Travel Grants amounting to £2,050 and eleven Research Studentships have been awarded to Fellows of the Society.
